Beginning tomorrow, October 1st, guests will have the opportunity to be “on the rocks” when ICEBAR Orlando, the first and largest permanent bar made entirely of ice in the USA, opens to the public.

Inside the magical world of ICEBAR Orlando, the temperature is a chilly 27 degrees Fahrenheit. More than 50 tons of pure ice has been designed, cut and sculptured by world-class ice carvers to form the walls, bar, tables, and even the sofas and chairs. Guests will keep warm during their 45-minute expedition into the Ice Palace exhibit by wearing a thermal hooded cape, gloves and foot coverings provided by ICEBAR. The choice of a Grey Goose exclusive cocktail or a mocktail in a custom designed glass made of pure crystal might also provide some inner warmth.

To keep the experience fresh and unique, ICEBAR Orlando’s interior will be transformed into an exciting new theme every six months. The first design is an elegant ice palace from the Antarctic with a Snow Queen’s throne, polar bear and a fireplace created in a stunning design of old man winter complete with logs. For comfort, sumptuous fur throws are draped on the furniture. An amazing light and sound show enhances the expedition, too.

Guests can warm up before and after their ICEBAR experience in the Chill Lounge, a 3,000-square-foot ultra-hip bar featuring live entertainment, caviar flights, premium beverage service, signature drinks and a gift shop filled with specialty merchandise. With contrasting hues of blues, specialty lighting, a stunning crystal chandelier, beaded shimmer walls and custom designed furnishings, guests will be surrounded in a luxurious Nordic setting. For guests looking to enjoy the great Florida weather, the “Polar Patio” is available as a great outdoor entertainment space.
