Orlando Brewing and Graze pair up for “Beer Dinner”

Orlando BrewingLater this month, Orlando Brewing and Graze restaurant in downtown Orlando will come together to match globally-inspired American cuisine with locally produced organic beer. The dinner, which includes five courses, will take place on Monday, August 18th at 7pm with advance ticket purchase required ($50).

While I’ve yet to dine at Graze, I’ve heard many good things about the restaurant. Known for its South Beach style atmosphere, the menu at Graze includes foie gras skewers, caviar, escargot, beef short rib osso bucco, and a grilled New Zealand rack of lamb. They are open for dinner seven days a week and have a Sunday brunch featuring live blues and jazz music.

Orlando Brewing is Florida’s only certified organic brewery, crafting at least eleven different beers with ingredients that are grown without insecticides, bioengineering, or irradiation. These beers are available at restaurants and bars across town, or you can simply visit the Orlando Brewing tap room where you can tour the brewery and listen to live music while drinking some of the freshest beer in Orlando.
