I e-mailed the Harlem Gospel Choir today and learned a few things about their upcoming performances at Disney starting on November 30th…

There will be 14 performers coming to Orlando, including 3 singers and 3 musicians with Central Florida ties. The 30-minute performances will include both holiday and gospel music, and audiences will have the opportunity to get autographs following each of the three shows performed daily.

While there’s no direct information about the Harlem Gospel Choir becoming a staple of Disney’s holiday offerings, the Harlem Gospel Choir representative said that they would love to return to Disney and that audiences “will love us.” There’s also the potential for additional Harlem Gospel Choir appearances away from the theme parks as they may have a couple of PR events during December in the Orlando area.

The performances by the Harlem Gospel Choir at the Disney-MGM Studios run from November 30th to December 25th at the Theatre of the Stars (which also hosts the Beauty and the Beast show). Performances will be at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:30pm nightly, and are included with regular park admission.
