If you’re looking at the site right now and you’re not a first time visitor, you’ve probably noticed some changes. In order to place the focus of the site more on the posts, we’ve removed some of the extraneous clutter that previously adorned the page. The right sidebar has also been widened to increase readability of those items.

The color scheme has also changed slightly, as we’ve tried to be more consistent with our usage of colors, especially on links. I think the page is a little dark with the new colors, but we’ll leave it this way for a couple days to gauge the acceptance.

There are still a couple minor tweaks that we’ll be making over the next week or two to further increase the readability of the site. I don’t forsee any major structural changes, however.

So the question is, do you like the changes? Is the site more or less readable? We aren’t graphic artists or color experts by any means, so suggestions and criticisms are welcomed.
