Weekends this month (October 6 - 7, 13 - 14, 20 - 21, 26 - 28 & 31) SeaWorld is hosting its Halloween Spooktacular event. This daytime event, included in regular park admission, allows kids to dress up and enjoy free trick-or-treating throughout the park, strolling entertainment, interactive games and activities.
This year they’ll also have concerts throughout the day aimed at the preschool crowd, including:
-
Dirty Sock Funtime Band - Oct. 6 & 7
-
Rebecca Frezza & Big Truck - Oct. 13 &14
-
Audra Rox - Oct. 20 & 21
-
Hot Peas N’ Butter - Oct. 26, 27, 28 & 31
In addition, SeaWorld also now has a partnership with “Sesame Street” that allows them to bring “Sesame Street” themed shows and characters to the park. This summer you may have caught the Elmo show, but now SeaWorld has a new show in place for Spooktacular - Countdown to Halloween. This not-so-spooky performance features, who else, The Count, as well as some of his other “Sesame Street” friends. You can also find The Count and his friends at a special character breakfast offered each morning of the event. In terms of character dining this buffet is a steal at $16.95 plus tax ($14.95 for children).
