By far one of my favorite fall events is Ocktoberfest in Celebration, Fla. This great family event takes place on Oct. 12th and 13th up and down Market Street, one of the main runs through this unique, Disney-designed suburb. This year’s event will feature live music, fall foods and the not-to-be-missed leaf drop. On both nights of the event, colorful (paper) leaves are released and shower the families on Market Street. It’s the perfect event to attend if you’re originally from the north and miss the colors of fall.
The scheduled entertainment includes performances by the band Orleans (”Dancin in the Moonlight,” “Still the One”) and John Cafferty with Tunes (”On the Dark Side,” “Tender Years”). For a complete schedule of events visit www.celebrationtowncenter.com or call (407) 566-4015.

Two years and nothing has changed about the Celebration events. All the same.
